Within the Group HR & Organization Function we are looking for a Global Engagement Survey Manager Reporting to the Head of Group Organization and Next Ways of Working and directly coordinating a multidisciplinary team of external consultants, as part of the overall Group Change Management activities the Organization & Change Management Manager is responsible for driving the Group-wide employees listening initiative, including the design, implementation and result analysis of the Generali Global Engagement Survey (run every 3 year) and the Generali Global Pulse Survey (run every year).
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Ensure proper governance & planning and lead the successful execution of project activities across the end-to-end project lifecycle (scope validation, questionnaire definition, languages validation, design of reporting structure, mapping of participants, identification of benchmarks, launch, post-launch activities)
Analyze Survey Results, liaising and collaborating with other Centre of Expertise teams (e.g Talent, Culture and Values, Learning, …) to extract the most useful insights
Support post-Survey activities, cascading of results, identification of global priorities, planning and consolidation of Business Units follow-up actions
Support the design and execution of the Survey communication campaign (pre, during and post survey)
Engage closely with the local Survey Champions Community (over 50+ HR Engagement Leaders across the Group) to ensure a timely and successful execution at a Group level
Coordinate the supplier’s resources to ensure that technical requirements, data quality and proper testing/reporting activities are in place
Oversee Legal & Compliance elements of the project ensuring that all Data Protection requirements are in place
Cooperate with the internal dedicated IT team to run the IT platform and reporting testing for a smooth delivery

Must have:
Master's Degree in Management, Economics or similar
Superior problem solving, project management, change management and relational skills are required
