We are looking to hire an Order Management Associate to work in our Beachwood, Ohio location.

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

The Order Management associate will be part of an Order Management team that will report directly to the Order Management Specialist of Master Builders Solutions Admixtures US LLC. The primary function of the role is order entry, confirmation of stock availability and allocations, and communication regarding the ability to meet the requested date. This individual will be responsible for answering and resolving matters through incoming calls on the toll-free call queue as well as collaborating with teammates to manage group mailboxes and respond to various requests for service and/or documents internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for order entry and order-related communication
• Responsible for accurate, timely entry of all urgent manual orders, samples, returns, or order changes
• Phone queue 800 lines and voice mailbox management
• E-commerce (Webshop, Esker) orders review, release, and confirm
• Follow up on credit releases for urgent orders
• Communicate expedite requests
• Order confirmation and communication regarding the ability to meet initial request date • Enter NCM and adjustments for order entry errors
• Provide POD, invoices, and other documents upon request
• Enter MTRAC Portal reported NCM’s into SAP
• Manage order issues and order errors NCM; entry to closure

• Shifts are available from 8 am EST – 6 pm EST
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
