Flowers of Charlotte is the busiest florist in Charlotte- Delivering 100's of orders a day. Our growing local business is looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic, and upbeat inidvidual with a can do attitude to fill an Order Dispatcher position at Flowers of Charlotte. We offer a competitive wage based on experience, with paid time off for full time staff. Prior experience in the floral industry is NOT required for this position.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Processing of all incoming delivery orders through use of our floral software.
• Routing and organizing deliveries throughout the day and working with the delivery team to ensure deliveries are completed as required.
• Pulling completed orders and checking items for quality and accuracy prior to delivery.
• Answering phones and assisting customers with Sales and Questions, as well as interacting and assisting customers in our retail store.

Position opens store at 6:00am and works until last Driver is out for the day, usually around 3-3:30pm. Full-time shift includes 40 hour work week and must have weekend availablity. Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday each week. We are open 7 days a week.

This position requires an individual who is a quick thinker, exceptionally organized, able to multitask and is very detail oriented. This is a fast paced department with a combination of phone/computer work and hands on involvement in the operation. We are a growing locally owned business with lots of oppurtunity for advancement and looking to fill this position with an individual intereseted in a long term relationship.
