Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments
• Measuring and ordering lenses from the lens lab
• Authorizing and Filing insurance claims
• Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patients that their order is ready
• Return and track returns for inventory purposes
• Process invoices for payment
• Organization, and keeping the office tidy
• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent repour with Doctors and other team members (be kind)
• Accuracy in cost configurations
• Willingness to learn new procedures
• Willingness to help in other locations if needed
