Position Title: Support Ops Specialist

Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Operations Support Specialist to join our team within the Operations Department and report to the Operations Manager.

This full-time Support Ops Specialist position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. Major Duties:

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability ensuring compliance with all company policies while maintaining the highest integrity and ethical standards.
• Assist in managing the daily functions of the business.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
• Research, define and track key performance indicators or measurements that reflect the effectiveness of internal operations and ensure business goals are being met.
• Work with managers to develop company-wide standard operating processes.
• Support managers in implementing actions to achieve financial and productivity objectives including revenue.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Hunt Electric policies and procedures
• Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments to solve medium to high complexity problems.
• Provide analysis, reporting, and program support to management teams.
• Identify and eliminate root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, quality, and knowledge gaps.
• Deep dive trend data related to quality misses and accuracy.
• Research, develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating issues and improve product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree or two years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities.
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

This position requires self-motivation and self-management of work with strong interpersonal skills to meet with users in a face-to-face environment.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
