A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior level Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. The qualified candidate will be a highly responsible, team-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic. Qualified candidates need the ability to act independently, possess analytical and excellent interpersonal skills and can work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide modeling, simulation, analysis, data visualization development and support.
• Provide analytical support for the evaluation of operational shortfalls and opportunities.
• Assist with and/or maintain databases, models and tools and conduct periodic assessments for each model to include documentation of code, models and processes.
• Provide supporting database and modeling capabilities to measure National Air System (NAS) performance.
• Develop general purpose models and fast time simulations.
• Utilize the Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) environment for data mining, extraction and analysis, Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, analytics and data visualization.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency producing deliverables using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other MS Office Products.
• Strong statistical background.
• Strong analytical background in gathering and interpreting complex data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience working on FAA programs.
• Proficiency in use of benefit estimating and statistical packages.
• Proficient in developing models and fast time simulations.
• Operations Research degree.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences (e.g. mathematics, physics, meteorology, chemistry, etc.), operations research, economics, computer science, engineering, business, information systems, information technology, management science or related field and 15-20 years relevant experience OR
• Master's degree in physical sciences (e.g. mathematics, physics, meteorology, chemistry, etc.), operations research, economics, computer science, engineering, business, information systems, information technology, management science or related field and 12-17 years relevant experience.
