- Full time, hybrid position
- Flexible work from home with remote and in-person meetings. Compensation: $60k to 80K DOE (plus bonuses and benefits)
- Occasional paid travel to local, regional and global events
- Support from part-time Executive Assistant

IF THIS IS YOU…
- 3+ years of operations experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager, Project Manager or other operations type role.
- Know how to bring organization to environments that can be chaotic
- Experience working with and adjusting budgets and financial reports
- Strong operational/execution mindset with project management skills
- Experience managing a nonprofit or volunteer-led organization/s is a plus
YOUR MISSION
- Coordinate and execute on all chapter administrative day to day operations.
- Obsess over details to help identify problems and create solutions to help support the Utah chapter programs.
- Executive Assistant support for the EO Chapter President.
- Communication, follow-up, follow-up, follow-up.
- Help the Board successfully execute world class, once in a lifetime events
- Work with leaders/ entrepreneurs of over 100 local businesses
