Office Executive – HOPE Team:

The HOPE team provides compassionate services to individuals engaging in the services that North Range Behavioral Health offers. This team is comprised of thoughtful and patient individuals with invaluable information about North Range and the programs offered. These individuals are often the first point of contact and work to provide a Collaborative, Customer First and Compassionate service. The HOPE team manages a high call volume and must be proficient in communication both verbally and in written form.

Salary Range:

$17.25/hr. - $23.29/hr.


Salary Placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements will generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on program, evening, night, weekend, or holiday work. Bilingual pay may be available upon successful passing of language validation testing.

Office Executive:
The Office Executive works independently to assist with directing the operational, financial, and or personnel functions of the design unit; requires the use of considerable independent judgment, originality, and application of support management, and human relation skills.


Position Summary:

With a Collaborative, Customer First and Compassionate approach, Office Executive will:

  • Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
  • Support established administrative procedures; interpret and apply organizational policies to work area; make recommendations to establish or revise policies, systems, methods, and procedures.
  • Research, conduct, or respond to inquiries and situations relative to the designated unit or program; analyze and/or integrate data; prepare detailed reports and documentation.
  • Screen, direct, and respond to incoming calls and inquiries; interpret departmental practices and/or company policies and procedures; assist with interpretation of policy and procedures; provide interpretations requiring extensive knowledge of state, and federal rules and regulations.
  • Assist supervisor and/or unit management team, as needed, with special projects and reporting needs (i.e., presentations, correspondence, and summary reports); compose or generate correspondence, memos, etc.; proofread and edit documentation to ensure accuracy of content; compile and format program material content such as annual reports.
  • Initiate, manage, and control designated planning or budgetary projects relative to the program as assigned; may solicit and manage funds for research or related agreements; monitor and maintain budgets and accounting records for department activities.
  • Serve as liaison with other departments, external individuals, and groups.
  • Assist the supervisor in training other support staff in specific duties, processes, and procedures related to the assigned program. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by supporting agency collection policies and procedures, and assure client understanding of serviced charges and fee changes. May work proactively with payor sources to ensure payment of services and/or request authorization before the provision of services.


Minimum Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years experience working in the same/similar capacity and level of independence.
  • Electronic medical record experience is highly desired.
  • Related experience in a medical/behavioral health field preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.


Additional eligibility requirements by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE):

  • Annual Flu Vaccine
