We are looking for an experienced and reliable facilities manager to join our team. You must know how to clean large areas, such as hallways, offices, schools, churches, and commercial buildings. An eye for detail is a must have, we are looking for someone who can assess their work objectively and ensure a consistent quality of work. When working with the equipment, you must provide sufficient cleaning equipment and supplies for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations. Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to drive to different job site locations.

Responsibilities

● Cleaning and supplying designated building areas
● Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
● Sweep, mopping, and buff hardwood floors as needed

● Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
● Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
● Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
● Be a key holder and set alarms to secure the buildings

The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other custodial duties.

Requirements and Qualifications
Valid license and your own transportation (we use personal vehicles for travel)
Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
A high standard for cleanliness
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Time-management skills
Physical stamina
Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
