Do you want to work for the areas leading production manufacturing shop on the Gulf Coast?

We are looking for a Full-Time Office Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Strong computer skills

- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as scanning documents and data entry

- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed

- Maintaining office files

- Welcoming customers to our shop

- Answering phone calls

- Taking and delivering messages

- Works well as a team member

- Excel and Quickbook knowledge is a plus!

Experience is preferred, but not always required.
