F-M Exteriors is licensed roofing contractor looking for the right individual to join our team as the office administrator.

Here is what you will do:

• Receive incoming calls.
• Assist customers with questions & concerns.
• Support our management team.
• Assist in production calls and updates
• Schedule sales team for new appointments.
• Establish a knowledge of our customer information system.
• Support our sales team.
• Speak with our customers on project status, payments, and follow-ups.
• Assist with special projects.

The perfect candidate for this position is:

• One with experience working in the construction/home service industry.
• Ability to work with different personalities in a professional work setting.
• Great phone etiquette.
• Ready and willing to help our customers from day one.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• A team player with a contagious, positive attitude.
