Top Nassau Law firm is currently seeking an administrator and receptionist to act as the first point-of-contact for clients/guests that will split time between Rockville Centre and Lake Success.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience and is a driven self-starter and a dynamic multitasker with an energetic and positive mindset! If you love the satisfaction of a fast-paced work environment, the thrill of a challenge, and have an eagerness for learning then this is the role for you!
This is a temp to perm position paying up to $30/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone properly with warmth and friendliness
- Greet everyone with a smileābe positive and cheerful
- Order office and pantry supplies
- Properly route phone calls
- Assist management team
- Data Entry
- Document preparation
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area
