Office Administration position candidates must possess the following skills:
- Will take the initial calls coming into the building. This person will be responsible for recording and transferring the calls to the correct contact.
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
This is a full-time position. Prefer one year experience but other experience may be acceptable.
