You are a world-class orchestrator and collaborator that can move strategy to action. As the OEM Manager for Patient Monitoring, you will manage national relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (GE, Philips, Mindray, Draeger, etc.) leading and developing the national aligned strategy.

You will engage the commercial and cross functional teams at country and regional level to deliver an excellent customer experience and to protect, expand, gain market share and grow adoption in our core business areas of Blood Oxygenation Management and Perioperative / Brain Monitoring.

In Medtronic Patient Monitoring , we deliver solutions for critical care areas (OR and ICU) and go further across the patient’s care continuum to avoid perioperative complications and respiratory compromise. In the future, we will use real-time data and artificial intelligence to support our patients from hospital to home. A Day in the Life

  • Maximize business results by coordinating Medtronic (sales, marketing, and support/enabler functions), Customer and OEM partner
  • Work in collaboration with sales & marketing leadership team to deliver and execute on strategy
  • Forge strong partnerships with external industry providers to enhance the product portfolio & win-win strategies. Establish regular business meetings with all OEM partners, ensuring bottom-up-bottom communication. Negotiate OEM contracts/agreements
  • Ensure/facilitate field execution – healthy mapping and project pipeline per territory, team’s technology and per OEM strategy understanding, support overcoming barriers and closing deals
  • Coordinate OEM activities in Country (training, best practice sharing, network, etc.)
  • Market Intelligence for the OEM local partners
  • Organize Country/Cluster OEM training
  • Contribute to the OEM Western Europe efforts

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent required with post-graduate degree
  • 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in market & business development, sales, or marketing
  • Ability to connect with and influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders, also at managerial level
  • Outstanding project management expertise and experience in leading complex sales- and business development projects, strong prioritization skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects
  • Experience working with P&Ls to maximize Operating Unit profitability
  • Solid industry networks and knowledge of Italy Healthcare market
  • Excellent communication skills, good English level is required
  • Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively

  • Background in acute patient monitoring market a strong plus

Willingness to travel 50% of the time
