Nurses Etc Staffing is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine to join our team in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree: Master's degree in nursing.
• Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or orthopedic care. Flight Medicine experience or experience working deployment-related health assessments is highly desirable but not required

• Provider is expected to track, report, and brief DRHA-related metrics at meetings and functions at the discretion of the SGP, to include Medical Group and Wing functions.
• Provider will carry the load of patients per Defense Health Agency (DHA) guidelines for Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) of greater than or equal to 100 patients per week, with appropriate decrements for AMRO time at the discretion of the SGP
• Perform deployment related health assessment (DRHA), preventive health assessment (PHA) and annual mental health assessment (MHA) services that comply with applicable Department of Defense and Air Force policy and guidance, to include required standards of care and clinical practice guidelines.
