Boeing Commercial Airplanes is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Numerical Control Programmers. This position is located in Everett Washington working onsite 4 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.

Position Responsibilities:
The Numerical Control Quality Assurance (NCQA) Programmer will plan, create and revise 3D Inspection plans for Laser Trackers, Photogrammetry, Scanners and potentially Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs).
Create Authoritive 3D Inspection Models which are derived from one or more of the following; Released 3D Engineering Data in CATIA V5, 2D Legacy Dimensioned Drawings, 2D and 3D Loft Data, and Reverse Engineered Master Tools.
Develop Flat Pattern Inspection Media from 3D CATIA Models.
Create Inspection Reports for Production Documentation, Non-Conformance Documents and Management Visibility.
Candidate must be able to understand the customers’ needs, work on cross-functional teams and use their knowledge of the manufacturing and quality system to support and resolve technical issues.

Work Authorization:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5+ years of experience using CATIA V5, achieving intermediate to advanced skill levels. (mid-level)
Metrology experience including the application of GD&T.
10+ years of experience using MS Office Tools, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience using CATIA V5, achieving intermediate to advanced skill levels. (senior level)
Experience using Spatial Analyzer (SA), or similar metrology software.
Experience with portable metrology/measurement (analysis and/or measurement).

Typical Education/Experience:
Mid Level: A degree in a related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior: A degree in a related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Summary pay range:
Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,950 – $123,050
Senior (Level 4): $108,800 – $147,200
