The JOB:
The Night Manager is responsible for monitoring and directing the nighttime activities of the resort to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members. You will perform night audit duties and roll out the day. You will have the opportunity to work independently while providing crucial information to all departments in order to successfully manage the resort. The NIght Manager will respond promptly to guest requests, including registration, problem resolution and handling hotel emergencies. You will also oversee the night cleaners, valet and third-party vendors. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!
