Job description
Job Duties:
- Greeting & checking guests in/out of the hotel
- Handling guest requests
- Answering internal/external calls
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
- Properly executing daily closing reports
- Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department
Characteristics of a Strong Night Auditor / Guest Service Representative Candidate:
