$1,000 Sign-on Bonus starting immediately!
We are seeking to fill the following shift:
- Swing (3 PM to 11 PM)
- Saturday and Sunday ONLY
LVN is responsible for assisting and supporting clients through their treatment experience from admission to discharge. Mental Health & Addiction Treatment in Malibu, CA
Responsibilities:
- Nursing Assessments and shift notes
- Supervision of client medication self-administration
- Client monitoring
- Vital Signs
- Nursing documentation audits (med room audits, nursing note audit, etc.)
- Documentation and providing of shift report
- Communication with doctors and the clinical team
- Medication counts as required
- Client Rounds
Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse with the state of California
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check
- 1-year experience with either Substance Abuse & Mental Health Disorders preferred
- Ability to prioritize and perform with minimal direction.
- Computer literate and able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally with clients.
