Position Summary:
As a team member of the machine shop, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery while adhering to company procedures.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 3-5 years' experience in CNC programming.
- Experience in Sheet Metal fabrication, including CNC laser equipment and programs.
- Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, SmartCam, MasterCam, Radan, VGP 3D and TOPS 100 and 400 software.
- Ability to thrive within a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills. Ability to work in a Team environment and remotely support other manufacturing plants.
What you will do:
- Responsible for operating shears, punches and brakes and power hand tools.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Adhere to safety procedures as they apply to all equipment used in this position.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and/or process sheets.
- Maintain accurate information flow to support our first time quality initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform required duties with minimal supervision.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts.
