Net Revenue Management Manager (m/f)





We are looking for a brilliant and motivated NRM (Net Revenue Management) Manager who will be responsible for supporting value creation through pricing and trade terms guidance, planning, and execution, partnering closely with the broader commercial team.

The NRM (Net Revenue Management) Manager drives the diagnosis, identify opportunities, works with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Insights teams to develop NRM (Net Revenue Management) initiatives focused on Net Sales and Profit increase, ensures these are embedded into brand marketing plans via the planning process.


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead and own the NRM (Net Revenue Management) process in the Cluster, ensuring NRM (Net Revenue Management) is embedded into the planning process
  • Drive diagnostic and support initiative development across all levers of NRM (Net Revenue Management)
  • Support the development of NRM (Net Revenue Management) plan, promoting initiatives on all levels and in all categories/brands
  • Drive challenge and quality control for results and recommendations: verifying analysis results, challenging interests, soliciting testing opportunities and initiatives, and validating the completeness and alignment of NRM (Net Revenue Management) results with playbook requirements
  • Track NRM (Net Revenue Management) initiatives execution and performance
  • Coach Marketing, Sales, Insights, Finance teams on NRM (Net Revenue Management) methodology, how to drive analyses, how to identify opportunities, how to evaluate opportunities during the NRM (Net Revenue Management) process
  • Build NRM (Net Revenue Management) capability longer term
  • Collaborate with Global NRM (Net Revenue Management) team to develop the RM process across ITAGRIS cluster

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering or Technical disciplines (financial / mathematical / technical education)
  • 5+ years’ experience at Business Analytics / Finance Controller position in multinational FMCG Company or Revenue Growth Manager
  • Advanced skills in data analysis
  • Project Management demonstrated experience 3+ years
  • Knowledge of NRM (Net Revenue Management) methodology is considered a plus
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, challenging “status quo”, and demonstrated managerial courage
  • Deep understanding of market or very high learning agility
  • Good relationships (contact with many local/global stakeholders at different levels), proactive and with a positive attitude and high energy level
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) & Italian Language is mandatory
