As a Mobile Device Manager you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Is responsible for maintaining vendor relationships with phone/device carriers.
• Trains staff on the use, handling, and care of the mobile device.
• Manages third party vendor(s) as in relation to mobility logistics.
• Oversee centrally managed visibility, mobility service performance monitoring, capacity management and optimization of mobility services.
• Acts as the point of reference for questions, problems, suggestions about mobile devices, then adapts as required, Education, Process, Procedure, Tooling, etc.
• Participates in the rollout of the mobile devices to locations as directed to ensure successful implementation.

• Provides operational reports to support monitoring consumption for tracking, compliance, and continuous improvements to mobility services.
• Engages business end users to assess current and upcoming business needs for Mobility solutions.
• Ensures all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

What is Required?

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years experience in leading and managing mobile device systems
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience in the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, clinical and operational information
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and release of information regulations

You will report to the Director of IT Operations.
