Part Time
The Metal Preparer will support classroom and laboratory activities by maintaining and supplying metal materials under the direction of the Instructor.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains metal inventory by identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock
- Communicate any shortages with metal inventory to Program Coordinator
- Maintain equipment and technology utilized
- Support department in routine maintenance as needed
Position Requirements:
- GED, High school diploma or Diploma in related field preferred
- 2 years related experience as a Welding apprentice or Welder or 2 years in a technical school welding program.
