Mental Health Therapist and Counselor - Summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking Mental Health Therapists and Counselors for its outpatient behavioral health office located in Carrollton, Kentucky, and other Northern Kentucky locations, including Covington, Florence, Newport, Williamstown, Falmouth, Owenton, and Warsaw. This job is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000!

Mental Health Therapist and Counselor - Perks and Pay

Mental Health Therapist and Counselor - Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a clinical field of study related to behavioral health.
• Eligibility for Kentucky independent or non-independent license is required.
• Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses : LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, LPATA, LCADC, LCADCA, PhD, or PsyD.
• Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required
• December 2022 and May 2023 graduates encouraged to apply.

Mental Health Therapist and Counselor - Job Duties

• Provide individual, family, and group behavioral health therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in an outpatient office setting.
• Provide behavioral health crisis assessment and therapy services to for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients based upon clients' areas of need, diagnoses, and symptoms.
• Maintain multi-disciplinary working relationships with other clinicians, mental health therapists and counselors, and other related professionals in the community.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other material required.
• Fully participate in staff development opportunities offered to enhance professional growth.
• Maintain license, certification, and/or identified program performance skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,600.00 - $70,000.00 per year
