About HTA Insurance:
For many people, getting older should mean a more simplified life of fun with friends and family.  However, many times when people near age 65 and/or retirement, an overwhelming feeling of anxiety sets in from the daunting task of figuring WHAT is necessary, WHEN and HOW to get enrolled.  All of the mail just adds to the confusion.  Knowing where to start, navigating the choices and understanding important deadlines can be overwhelming.

Position Summary:

Our dedicated team will educate and train the right candidate in all facets of Medicare: Medicare Supplements/MediGap, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, however, Medicare and AEP experience is a plus. This is a salaried position, not commission based and is not a sales role.

• Identify and assess clients’ needs regarding Medicare enrollment and subsequent coverages if applicable
• Educate clients thoroughly on the 4 Parts of Medicare (A,B,C,D) and the plan options that are available based on their needs
• Prepare and send clients quotes and plan documentation for potential coverage options
• Follow up with clients via phone and email to ensure enrollment dates are met
• Assist client with enrollment applications for desired coverages in a timely manner based on their enrollment goals
• Provide empathetic and client centric service
• Ensure that every client is shown respect, kindness and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
• Document all interactions with clients in a timely manner based on HTA standards
• Effectively use multiple programs such as; Acuity (Scheduling), AgencyBloc (CRM), MedicareEdge, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Insurance company web portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
