About the job

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist for our diverse private practice. This is an outpatient position that is fast-paced and dynamic. We are looking for someone who is dependable, ethical, and is able to communicate with our patients effectively.

Requirements

• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Cares about others and is able to communicate effectively with clients
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Fast learner and is able to adapt quickly
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Well-versed in working with geriatric patients
• Checking patients in and out for their visits and making follow-up appointments
• Calling patients for their labs results and communicating with the patient via patient portal or nurse messaging system
• BLS certified

• Able to perform Vital signs, GeneSight swab, and assist with TMS patients
• Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Data entry of patient information into computer system.
• Verifying patient’s insurance
• Familiar with Medical Billing and Coding Procedures
• Collecting copays and deductibles payments
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Salary:

• Full-time position

• Annual Bonus based on performance

• $13 to $16 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
