Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Accurate and timely performance of assigned lab tests in the following areas : blood bank, microbiology, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, serology, and chemistry.

• Provide quality control guidance, preventative maintenance of equipment, computer activities and collection of specimens.

Qualifications:

• Required -Certification from a national recognized clinical laboratory regulatory agency (ASCP, AMT, or NCA) or prove eligibility to sit for an MLT certification exam.

• Required - At least an associates degree from an accredited institution in Medical Laboratory Science and passing a certification exam.

• Exam eligible must pass the exam within 12 months of eligibility date.
  

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
