Well respected Pediatric office located in Henderson searching for a Medical Assistant (certified-preferred and degree required) for a full time position. Assets required: pleasant and positive demeanor, team player with the rest of staff and industrious worker. Duties include rooming patients, utilizing the E Clinical EMR system, giving vaccinations and relaying telephone advice to parents. Candidates with prior pediatric telephone triage will be preferred. Applicants must love working with children and parents. Employee will work alongside of 5 other certified and experienced Medical Assistants. Applicants with experience with Excel and Microsoft preferred as well.'

Clinical Duties:

• Performing injections
• Sterilizing instruments
• Administering medications
• Pediatric Telephone Triage
• Triaging pediatric patients
• Measuring growth parameter for newborns to 18 year olds
• Interviewing parents for medical visits for well to sick patients
• Must have excellent communication skills, patience to work with children and parents
• Computer skills - utilize Eclinical Works
