We're looking for a talented Media Senior Client Lead. You will enable teams to increase revenue grow and help dh media in a competitive market, through proposition development, market needs understanding, process documentation, ways of working, stakeholder management and effective sales activities highly focused on finding and engaging new clients to ensure new media propositions are rolled out across the Italian market successfully.

Key Responsibilities


  • Know the market - Understand the current retailer and dunnhumby systems, processes, capabilities and local market idiosyncrasies to ensure solutions are locally relevant and working properly.
  • Know the industry – Good understanding of retailer instore ecosystem.
  • Develop the Retail Media business – Lead the development of the retail media business focusing on improving the client portfolio in volume and value, managing effectively the relations with clients and prospects, updating regularly the state of the needs.
  • Develop relationships - Support or lead governances with the Retailer for planning, strategy informing and pushing propositions forward.
  • Manage the information flow - Update and channel campaign information between dh and the Retailer.
  • Develop marketing initiatives Support the business development team as needed to increase instore media sales: presentation materials, trainings, developments for instore proposition and support of Key clients' meetings.
  • Improve ways of working within the team – Proactively share and support the implementation and building of best practices across the broader media team.
  • Improve ways of working with larger team – Work together with broader media stakeholders ADS and Operation teams to identify better ways of working, inefficiencies or improvements within process and end to end product.
  • Inspire innovation – Work closely with market Media Managers to understand clients' needs and with Head of Media to create a clear proposition roadmap that the business and customers buy into, which creates clear value for customers and dunnhumby.
  • Plan ahead – Develop the commercialisation plan, ensuring the revenue potential is maximised.
  • Collaborate to succeed – Orchestrate media deployment in the Italian market including status meeting new operations process/partner, problem solving, informing and training or consulting to key stakeholders.
  • Build for future – Document the end to end process associated with each of the new Communications and Media mechanics that are launched or change in process needed as a result of new systems or business needs. This would include the sales, targeting, support tools, data, evaluation and finance/invoicing processes.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Fluent English
  • Experience Media Sales in articulation and development of the media portfolio
  • Able to activate the network orienting the sales activities
  • Able to communicate impactfully with clients
  • Building great relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions
  • Translate data into insight with clear, actionable recommendations for growth
