ResourceTek, a leader in technical support services, is currently building Industrial Maintenance teams to support PM (preventative maintenance) programs as well as Emergency Maintenance needs for our client in Blytheville, Arkansas.

Multiple roles and shifts available including first shift, second shift, as well as rotating shifts. Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed. Candidates with 4+ years Industrial Maintenance experience. We currently conducting interviews for the positions listed below:

Mechanical and Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians

Mechanical Technicians should have previous experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installation, and (PM) Preventative Maintenance programs for large industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Will perform mechanic and electronic programmed maintenance inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions and perform systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities. Responsible for mechanic and electrical repairs, replacements, and upgrades as well as assembly and disassembly of mechanical components. The ability to prioritize maintenance and troubleshooting procedures is necessary. Welding/Fabrication experience is a plus.

Crane/ Mobile Maintenance Technicians

Crane Technicians should have experience in inspecting, diagnosing and repairing cranes in addition to carrying out equipment oiling and centralized lubrication control. Candidates must be able to perform mechanical and electrical activities related to heavy industrial equipment and cranes. This includes electrical engine repair and circuit analysis and equipment alignments as well as assembling and disassembling of mechanical components. Will be responsible for failure analysis to establish the problem’s root cause and take actions to avoid repetitions. Ability to monitor alarms in PLC cycles, interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, and execute machine lock outs and tag outs is needed. Technicians will provide forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
