Position Information:
The Printing & Mail Services Materials Support Rep manages the printing & mail supply needs for the entire WakeMed organization. This position is responsible for printing needed patient forms, Pharmacy generic blank Rx pads for physicians, training manuals for nurses, corporate and marketing material distributed throughout the hospital and public as well. This position holds the responsibility of researching addresses, sorting incoming and outgoing U.S. mail, interoffice mail, and work closely with Courier Services to insure proper delivery of forms and mail to all off site WakeMed facilities. Additional responsibilities are forms inventory management which includes: ordering, receiving and issues in Lawson system.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Mail Processing And/Or 2 Years Printing And/Or 2 Years Inventory Processing Required

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Supply Chain Required - Or Equivalent Experience

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Not Applicable

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
