Summit Orange currently has an open position for a Material Issue Clerk (1st shift). Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.

Position Summary: Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from purchasing department. Keep records and compile stock reports. Shear and I.D. Work Order Numbers and release Material to manufacturing.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Responsibilities:

• Understand Summit Travelers/Work Orders and Core types.
• Prepare inner/outer layer materials to start and complete the manufacturing process and support any other material needs.
• Shearing if needed on each layer.
• Shearing and I.D. of double-side material.
• Emptying of the waste barrels for recycling of different metals and recyclable materials.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills in MS Work, Excel and Outlook with strong data entry with perfect accuracy rate required.

Physical Demands:

• This position requires the individual to perform for the entire shift while standing.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must have very good concentration, must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions.

Pay Range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 hour based on experience.
