The Rouse Estate is located on 600 acres in beautiful northwest Pennsylvania in Youngsville, PA, a short drive from neighboring communities of Warren, Corry, Titusville and Jamestown, NY to name a few! With over 150 years of experience, the Rouse has a rich history of providing person-center care to all generations. This is an ONSITE position so successful candidate must live within commuting distance from facility.

What does a Rouse Marketing Director do?

  • Create and manage Rouse brand standards and guidelines.
  • Supervise and assist in the production and implementation of marketing materials including: brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Develop media schedules and coordinate purchasing of all media buys.
  • Coordinate public relations activities including press conferences and speaking engagements, as well as the writing of media advisories and press releases.
  • Identify opportunities for Rouse representatives to participate in speaking engagements, community events, and coordinate event activities.
  • Manage web activities including the writing and editing of content, tracking website statistics, and developing search engine optimization strategies.
  • Manage social media efforts on face book, LinkedIn, and twitter.
  • Develop lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.
  • Establish standard procedures for reporting and monitoring prospective client information with admission representatives.
  • Work with clients in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.
  • Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports of post campaigns and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
  • Coordinate Rouse fund development activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are the requirements to be a Marketing Director at the Rouse?

  • B.A. in marketing, business, or communications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with use of computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a non-profit environment including managing fundraising efforts preferred.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
  • Media buying experience.
  • Ability to manage budgets.
  • Strong creative writing skills.
  • Self motivated.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
