POSITION: Marketing Director

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO: Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY: This individual is responsible for coordinating day-to-day advertising and marketing activities and acting as a liaison with all clinical staff to ensure scheduling coincides with scheduled marketing program. The marketing director is also directly involved in the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· College degree preferred

· One year of medical marketing experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva, Video-editing software, and social media outlets

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Customer service oriented

· Effective organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Presents a highly professional image

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage all social sites companywide

· Contribute ideas and proofread email marketing

· Charity give-away coordination

· Top 50 patient engagement

· Employee communication regarding all promos and specials

· Filming, editing, and distribution of weekly companywide informational videos

· Update phone on-hold messages

· In-office video loop coordination

· In-office print display of specials with credentials attached

· Patient give-away management

· Printed material coordination

· Monthly events

· Bi-annual events

· Assist with phones and front office duties when needed as directed by Manager

COMPENSATION: Comprises a combination of hourly rate plus performance-based incentives. Benefits are per those provided all full-time employees.
