• The Marketing Associate role is data and KPI driven with a focus on list growth (both email and text messaging), new product launches, and the execution of sales promotions and special events
• Additionally, this position partners cross functionally with digital, advertising, content, creative and social media teams
• Ensure incoming and outgoing products adhere to set quality standards.
• Review and ensure accuracy of submitted batch records.
• Assists in the preparation of reports by summarizing data.
• Crafts and reviews standard operating procedures based on safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participates regular audits of quality and safety standards.
• Assists in reviewing in-house and vendor calibrations for accuracy and adherence to company and industry guidelines.
• Assists in investigations into quality issues and sees them through to closure.

• 
  A bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred.
• 2 years of well-rounded CPG marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing
• The ideal candidate will be versed in medical cannabis, CPG, and retail industries with a proven history of sales and marketing success
