****Sign-On and Retention Bonus**

**Responsibilities:**

24/7 manufacturing operation offering seven (7) days off over a fourteen (14) day period.

** Shift hours 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -OR

• 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.** (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).

**APPLICANTS MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFT. **You will enjoy a pre-determined schedule with no mandatory overtime, and every other weekend will be a three-day weekend. Voluntary overtime will be available for those who want it.

**Pay: **$32.95 - $38.54 per hour depending on experience and skill level.

**Sign-on and Retention Bonus: **$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years
