Job Description:

General Responsibility:
Wage: $22.00 per hour plus incentive

Job Description:
The Manager Trainee program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • All employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
