Casavo is a PropTech Company operating in the Real Estate sector that developed the innovative and technological business model ‘Instant Buyer’. We buy homes at scale in a simple and fast fashion for our sellers, we renovate them and list them on the market to offer a wide home selection to our buyers.


Founded in Milan in 2017 by Giorgio Tinacci, Casavo has the mission to change the way people sell, live and buy homes in Europe. As of January 2022, Casavo carried out more than 2,300 transactions for a value in excess of €700 million. With a team of more than 350 people, Casavo is currently operating in Italy, Spain and Portugal.


With our core being the Instant Buyer service, Casavo is further expanding the marketplace product offer in a double-service context (iBuyer + On-Demand Agency) to cover all the needs of sellers, buyers and brokers while freeing them from the complexity of a typical real estate transaction.

What will you do?
Casavo is looking for a talented Manager, Sales Operations to functionally lead Casavo’s Sales Operations function in Italy.


In the role you will own the sales team targets in terms of efficiency, volumes, margins and customer satisfaction. To achieve your goals, you will drive the process and product implementation with support of the central sales operation team.

In your job, you will learn the ins and outs of a real estate transaction including how to communicate and deal with the main stakeholders, as well as how to lead an operations team based on data-driven decisions.


You will be responsible to teach your team members how to work productively under pressure and how to operate with a data-driven approach.


Lastly, you will work to constantly improve the functional cooperation among Casavo internal departments to guarantee a smooth execution and deliver a delightful experience for our customers.
What will we expect from you?
  • Full English and Italian proficiency

  • 5+ years experience in operations, business development or other sales management roles, with clear understanding of the levers to drive results

  • University degree required ideally in economics, management, engineering or an analytical discipline

  • Confidence in hiring, coaching, workforce planning and management of a team (5+ people) towards business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to support the evolution of a technological framework in cooperation with operations/product management

  • Outstanding analytical skills as demonstrated in prior roles held

  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbally

  • Comfortable working under pressure and dealing with challenging targets

  • Previous experience in the residential real estate industry (preferred)

  • Previous experience in tech companies (preferred)
