Dual Role-Manager of Customer Service and Data Entry (Night Shift) 3:30P to 11:00P

Pharmacy Technician License Required!

Management of the Night Customer Service Team:

Duties and Responsibilities:

5 solid years of management within the Pharmaceutical or Pharmacy Space

3 solid years of Pharmacy Technician Experience (compounding a plus)

Computer Savvy with Customer Service Experience

Pharmacy Technician License

Experience managing twenty plus employees

Excellent leadership skills

Customer Service Job Responsibilities:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Management of the Night Data Entry Team:

Duties and Responsibilities

5 solid years of management within the Pharmaceutical or Pharmacy Space

3 solid years of Pharmacy Technician Experience (compounding a plus)

Computer Savvy with experience in Data Entry of Prescriptions (Mail Order Preferred)

Pharmacy Technician License

Experience managing twenty plus employees

Excellent leadership skills

Data entry Job Responsibilites:

Possess complete and thorough understanding of medications.Ability to read and understand prescribed orders for compounded medications

Experience and Education

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience

Pharmacy Technician License

Mail Order and Customer Service experience Required (Compounding a Plus)
