Great American Cookies/Pretzelmaker is looking for a results driven person to direct the daily operations at The Shops at Fallen Timbers franchise location. Work for a local company with National Brand Recognition. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals, be dependable and works well with others. Looking for someone with some Food Management experience. Anyone with Bakery experience is a huge plus especially with Cake Decorating experience. Cookie Cake Decorating is a large part of the business. Your chance to be creative!
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on position.
- Able to bend and lift 50 lbs., stand and walk entire shift, bend and stoop throughout the day.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Shift Management
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including opening and closing the store.
- Serve guests and create an exciting experience.
- Operate a register and ensure accountability of money.
- Decorate cookies and cakes.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas.
- Adhere to all Great American Cookie/Pretzelmaker standards.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures in the store including making deposits.
- Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating.
- Operate an oven and bake ingredients within standard constraints.
- Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as required by their manager.
Position Specifications
- 1-2 years of retail and/or food service management.
- 1-2 years of customer service.
- 1-2 years of cake decorating.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
