Longfellow Ranch is a working cattle ranch and wildlife retreat located outside of Fort Stockton TX which contains multiple business operations and facilities ranging from small lodging to large meeting rooms and common areas. We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Hand to perform tasks such as preventive maintenance and repairs on a ranch in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Working on installations and refurbishments

· Repair electrical appliances including A/C, refrigerators, freezers, etc

· Upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards

· Painting

· Plumbing

· Preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment

· Maintain and keep a clean work area and facility.

· Other Duties and projects as required by management

Qualifications:

· Good with time management/completing tasks in a timely manner

· Record of excellence in current / previous roles as Maintenance Technician

· Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures

· Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner

· Identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions with limited supervision

· Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information

Work Schedule:

As the nature of the work requires, weekends, nights and holidays may be requested as needed. Schedule must be flexible.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
