Job Details:
- $1000 Sign-On Bonus - paid after 90 days. An additional $1000.00 after six months.
- $150 On Call Stipend.
- Location: 7601 Gateway Blvd, Live Oak, TX 78233
Requirements:
- HVAC/EPA Certification.
- Experience in Multi-family Market Rate.
- CPO is a PLUS.

- Perform routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity areas.
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, which may include the maintenance of the unit, painting, cleaning, HVAC maintenance/repairs, and carpet cleaning.
- Perform preventive maintenance, property upkeep, and repairs.
- Complete work orders and help monitor and maintain the grounds.
