We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in VFP, PLC, electrical, pneumatics, and servicing machines. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with machinery and equipment.
- Install and upgrade machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeline.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance process.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in maintenance or electrical work
- Strong knowledge and experience in VFP, PLC, electrical, pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
