Our Maintenance Technician 2 is a critical member of our team who many times can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. The position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards.

Experience, Education, and Licensure:

• A High School degree, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, vehicle insurance and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Company vehicle provided when working evenings/weekends for rotating on call with a premium rate paid when on-call
• Training & tools (valued at $800) are PROVIDED!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous maintenance expereince, handyman and knowledge in maintenance repairs
• Enjoys taking pride in seeing a job through completion
• Enjoys a career with different problems to solve during the day
• Enjoys interacting with residents while performing maintenance duties
