Full Time Maintenance and Grounds positions available at our Millbrook, NY location!

Maintenance Person: Should have general knowledge of multiple maintenance items including electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, etc.:

Grounds/Maintenance Person: Should have good working knowledge of using and maintaining lawn equipment (mowers, weed whackers, etc.) plus have good understanding of grounds clean up and landscaping.

Both are Full Time opportunities - Work schedule weekdays plus weekend on-call rotations. Competitive pay and benefits available!

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
