Summary:

Performs
routine duties in the distribution and routing of mail as well as fulfilling
printing orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Answers questions and provides information regarding US Postal Services and/or UNC Health mail service.
2. Sorts US Postal Service and inter-office mail according to schedule. Provides special mail handling, which includes registered, certified, insured and overnight mail.
3. Screens outgoing mail for appropriate forms, postage, and handling. Completes forms and provides postage as necessary.
4. Troubleshoots and resolves issues with mail, which includes readdressing and rerouting mail as necessary.
5. Runs digital printers.
6. Preforms product pick-ups from offsite location.
