Machinist II (2nd and 3rd Shift with $4,000 Sign on Bonus)

Our Twinsburg Ohio plant is growing and we are hiring immediately - several position available!

Key Accountabilities

• Records all labor and job time accurately in Microsoft Navision
• Produce all parts per the job routing, quality procedures and manufacturing prints
• Follow all quality system policies, procedures along with good problem solving skills
• Will be responsible to set-up & operate equipment in the area (at rate)
• Good knowledge of tooling and maintain neat, well-organized work-area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• This position requires the applicant to be a US Person with a US permanent residence. A US Person is a US Citizen or Green card holder
• 3+ years experience in a close tolerance manufacturing environment running various production machines
• Shaper or Large Gear Cutting machine experience is a Huge Plus
• Gear Hobbing and/or Gear Shaping experience is a Huge Plus
• H/S diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years experience in gear cutting/grinding or other mfg operations
• Strong knowledge of and experience performing setups including selection of speeds and feeds and making machine adjustments and corrections
• Ability to verify part conformity using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other gauges
• Ability to read and analyze engineering prints
• Ability to multitask while being complete and thorough in following documented procedures
