Position: LVN/LPN LTC

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (10:00PM - 06:30AM)

Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend

Job Location: 1010 South Birch Street Hallock, MN 56728

Responsibilities-

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.

Requirements:

• Requires: 1.5 or 2 yrs. of LTC/Critical Access, recent experience required
• Valid State License (required at time of submission)
• COVID Vaccination Status required / Booster Status required at time of submission

$1080 Weekly Pay
