Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate LPN/RN Nurses to join our team for the day shift. We are a 132 bed skilled nursing facility in Franklin Grove, IL - only 10 miles East of Dixon and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. Our facility is home to a State of the Art Therapy Gym with private Medicare suites, Bistro, and Private Dining Area.

Our Nurses play a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing care to all residents and guests. Nurses provide supervision of staff and will safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all residents and guests under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

SIGN ON BONUS for Full-time up to $7,500 paid out in installments at 60, 120 and 270 days.
Part-time is up to $ 3,250 paid out in installments at 60, 120 and 270 days.
