Responsibilities:Working Schedule: Days, 8hr/12hr (7:45-8:15p, 7:45a-4:15p, 9:45am-6:15p or 11:45a-8:15p) including rotating weekends & holidays. Coverage to alternate sites (Monticello & Goshen).

Minimum Experience: 1 year clinical experience preferred.
Required Certification/Registration: Completion of accredited program for Licensed Practical Nursing.
Required Courses/Training: Current LPN license, ongoing and current BLS.
Physical Demands: Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking. Assists with lifting and moving patients. Lifts supplies/equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching.
Working Conditions: Contacts with patients under wide variety of circumstances. May be exposed to unpleasant patient elements. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Handles emergency or crisis situations. Occasionally subjected to irregular hours.
